BowFlex
Dynamic Movement Series
Role: Art Direction
I drove the visual direction of this captivating photo series aimed at showcasing dynamic movement to contrast our product photography, conveying the grace and energy inherent in motion.

My responsibilities included developing lighting treatments, selecting and styling talent, and directing the on-set team. I meticulously selected diverse movers, with a focus on yoga, dance, and HIIT training. I developed color treatments to match each movement style’s intensity and collaborated with wardrobe and styling teams to develop authentic looks for each talent.

Working hand in hand with the movement director, I ensured that every action and expression aligned with my creative vision. In approaching both movement and camera angles, my aim was to capture strong lines and clear moments, all while maintaining a delicate balance between dynamism and emotion.
Production Prep
Take a peek at what went down pre-shoot to prep for this project. From sorting out lighting to directing movement and styling, our production deck lays out the main vision. One of the highlights for me is watching it all come together on set. It's pretty awesome to see the colors we planned out come to fruition in the studio, just as I imagined. Plus, there's this thrill in discovering unexpected moments that end up adding to the creative.
